Installation

1. Insert velcro strap into one slot (as shown) leaving long - you can adjust after.

2. Securely place on handlebars and feed the opposite end into the remaining open slot.

3. Securely place on handlebars and feed the opposite end into the remaining open slot.  Trim length, as needed.

Time to ride!
